Generally, the property hours for use are as follows
Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 10:00 PM
Saturday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday 7:30 AM - 10:00 PM
Other times may be available by special permission of the Trustees.
FEES
Generally, fees are charged for the use of WGUMC facilities for special events such as weddings, birthday parties, family reunions and athletic events. Normally, fees are not charged to Boy and Girl Scout groups who regularly meet in WGUMC facilities, however, fees could be charged for special Boy and Girl Scout events.

Payment of Associated Fees must be made 30 days prior to event. |

On a case by case basis, in furtherance of WGUMC's support to the local community, we will allow use of our facilities to "non-profit, non'church" groups at no cost, howevere, we are willing to accept donations to assis WGUMC cover the cost of maintenance and utilities. These types of donations are normally around $125.00. |
